    me within manage = disaster area

    company within valuable = developing ahead of time

2. RU(I)N - but for many setters and solvers, "I" and "me" are NOT the same. Try the "replacement test" - swap I and me in a sentence. If you can do it without changing meaning or producing nonsense it's OK. Not a test for every type of definition, but worth using for "straight synonyms".

3. PRE(Co.)CIOUS - good and sound, and "holding company" hides the containment indicator well. Might be possible to be a bit more imaginative with the def.

yeah, pondered it a while but the grammar was hard to fit into the rest of the clue - the -ing verb/adjective ambiguity was the best I could think of.
